I guess this shows how personal something like music supplies can be.
I'm delighted with my NeoTech straps. I find them quite comfortable. I find they distribute an instrument's weight even better than traditional straps. (If your accordion doesn't feel comfortable with these on, don't blame the straps--your instrument's too heavy!) The innovative material also prevents the straps from slipping around on my shoulders, as leather ones often do.
These straps also happen to cost HALF as much as comparable leather straps. What's not to like? Beats me.
Apparently they're not for everyone, though. If you're uncomfortable ordering something that's so different from traditional products, I suggest you order from someone who allows returns. The straps are quite light, so even if you end up returning them, you won't be out much for postage.

I am able to adjust these straps at will, whether I am standing,sitting or just feel a need to change the position of the accordion. They really have made playing the accordion much more comfortabe and therefore enjoyable. For me they are five stars and worth the price! Now if I could just get them in leather.

I would say that this harness is good, because it does support the weight well however, if you are small like me (woman 5'3) it is loose. I think they could have made it to be a little more petite friendly!

I tried this Neotech strap along with the Neotech Mega Accordion Harness, Black. I found the Mega strap to be extremely comfortable, but this one to be very uncomfortable. The contoured design did not seem to fit my body shape. Build quality and materials seem very good, though. Thus the reason for 2 stars. I did email the company to report my problems to see if they had any solutions. I have not received a reply yet, so I am taking off 1 additional star for poor customer service.
